Due to recent legislative changes, the JCPS school board is changing to a new five-member system. This smaller board will be responsible for choosing the superintendent, managing the budget, and making the final decisions for all public schools in Louisville.

Our community cares deeply about this transition because these five board members will decide how our kids are educated. No matter what neighborhood you live in, the board's choices directly affect everyday life for local students, parents, and teachers. This forum is a chance to hear directly from the candidates and make sure our schools get the support they need.
